An angry pro-Sarah Palin crowd protested outside the Ed Sullivan theater in New York
City, calling David Letterman's son a "bastard" and his wife a "slut." They also called
Letterman a "child abuser" and (falsely) accused him calling for the rape of 14-year-old
Willow Palin.
