Rush Limbaugh weighed in on the "the black frame of mind," which he said is "terrible"
and blamed Tiger Woods's choice of white mistresses.
"Black unemployment is terrible," started Limbaugh. "The black frame of mind is terrible.
They're depressed..." After a brief dig at President Obama for failing African Americans,
Limbaugh paused and turned his attention to Woods:
"I'm sure Tiger Woods' choice of females is not helping 'em out with their attitudes there
either."
